After logging into your account you will be directed to your home page which will display a summary of your services, domains, support tickets and invoices.
1. The Navigation Bar
- Home- This will direct you back to the home page
- Services- View your current services as well as order a new service. Can also be used to view available addons for existing active services.
- Domains- View your current domain statuses, renew domains, register new domains or transfer existing domains to Gsolutions. This menu also enables you to perform a search on a domain name to check its availability.
- Billing- From this menu you can view your invoices, quotes, make mass payments against invoices or adding funds to your account.
- Support- View your support tickets, announcements, knowledgebase articles as well as enabling you to view our networks statuses.
- Open Ticket- This will allow you to log a ticket with the appropriate department i.e. Sales, Support or Accounts.
- Chat Now- Allows you to open a chat dialogue with one of Gsolutions representatives.
- Affiliates- Allows you to sign up as an affiliate/reseller.
2. Summary Tab
The summary tab allows you to view your services, domains, tickets and invoices. By clicking on the box items, it will direct you to the appropriate page. The summary tab allows you to view your services, support tickets as well as registering/transferring a domain, right from your home page.
3. Your Info
Keep your primary profile up to date. This is important as users receive email notifications to the registered email address and Gsolutions will utilise the contact information registered in the portal to make contact with you.
4. Contacts
Contacts allows you to allocate additional users to the primary account. The primary contact will set the permissions/restrictions for the sub-contact as to what they can or cannot do within the account.
5. Shortcuts and Actions
Allows quick functions for tasks that you would like to perform or pages you can visit. Each page that you visit in your portal will have different sets of shortcuts/actions according to the page that you are visiting
